Position Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Desk Manager to lead and drive sales at this bustling dealership. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with a strong background in automotive sales, deal structuring, and team leadership. This individual will play a critical role in driving profitability, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring the seamless flow of operations on the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Motivate, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Deal Structuring: Oversee the desk operations, ensuring deals are structured effectively and profitability targets are achieved.
- Customer Engagement: Assist in resolving escalated customer inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training for sales staff, enhancing their product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Inventory Management: Collaborate with management to ensure appropriate inventory levels and effective merchandising.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales processes comply with dealership and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as a Desk Manager or similar leadership role in a high-volume dealership.
- Strong understanding of deal structuring, F&I processes, and automotive sales.
- Strong track record of holding gross with a focus on compliance and good paperwork
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Adept at using dealership management systems (DMS) and CRM platforms.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation:
- Compensation range will likely be in the $160,000-$225,000+ range depending on experience and performance.
